Q: How much coverage do we really need?

A: This depends on many factors but I always tell couples that if you’re planning on having a wedding party of 6 on each side or more, have multiple locations or a guest list of over 200, 10 hours will be the best fit. If you’re staying put in one spot all day, have a smaller wedding party and guest list, 8 hours will be the best fit. We can always split the difference or add more time down the road

Q: We aren’t “photo people”, can you help us not look or feel awkward during our photos?

A: First, everyone feels this way and I promise, you are more photogenic than you think. It’s normal for photos to feel intimidating but I keep things light and fun. We listen to music and I give lots of prompts and direction but no stuffy posing. You look like ‘YOU’ when you’re laughing with each other and moving so that’s what we focus on. I won’t let you flounder, I’m always giving you an idea of what to do and coaching you through it the whole time

Q: We’re excited to chat, but what are the next steps after that?

A: I’m excited to chat too! Next steps would be squaring away your proposal and deposit, which is 30% of the total package. Once that’s all set, we get to plan your engagement session eek!!!

Q: Do you always include a second shooter?

A: I include a second shooter in all my packages. It helps tell the story of your day more fully and allows me to be fully present in the imagery while they help manage the behind the scenes. I always work with talented people who I already know and love.

Q: We’re not sure we need an engagement session, is there an option to remove this from the package?

A: Engagement sessions are my gift to you so removing them wouldn’t impact the investment. It’s a great opportunity for us to spend more time together and get to know each other. That said, I don’t want it to feel like a burden if you’ve already had a session. If that’s the case, we can repurpose it as additional wedding day coverage or a 1 year anniversary session.

Q: When would we see our photos?

A: I am obsessed with you seeing and sharing your photos as soon as humanely possible! I always send sneaks 1-2 days after your session or wedding. For your engagement session, you will have 15-20 sneak peek images in your inbox a couple days after our shoot and the full gallery of 150-250 images 2-3 weeks after our shoot. For your wedding day, you will have 100 sneaks in your inbox a couple days afterwards and the full gallery of 1,000-1,500 images in your inbox 6-8 weeks after your day.

Q: We have a wedding party or family that will need lots of guidance and direction on our wedding day, is this something you can help with?

A: 100% something I will help with. I have seen it all and nothing surprises me. I am your girl to kick people into gear while making it seem like their idea and keeping it fun. I will work to get a family photo list from you so that day of I have everyone’s name and can get the correct groups into photos. We will make a game plan way ahead of time so that day of you can trust that I will make it happen
