Liz and Cole decided to split their wedding into two days - a short and sweet ceremony at the government center followed by a tropical backyard party a few days later. Liz’s uncle graciously offered his home as their reception venue and getting things wedding ready was a true labor of love. Their families worked for weeks to build a platform that covered the pool and created spaces for guests to relax and enjoy. They wove Liz’s Italian heritage into the food and cocktails, set up a cigar bar and had some of the most out of this world gorgeous florals by Maven I have ever seen. I’m not sure I’ve ever cried as much on a wedding day as I did when Cole’s older sisters gave a speech about their baby brother and the love of his life. One of those days I wish we could do over and over and over again.
