As a Minnesota wedding photographer, I always love getting to know a couple’s history. It’s one of my favorite parts! How did they meet? When did they realize it was “for real”? Well, Biz and Nate’s love story goes way back — and it’s seriously the cutest. Long before their Edina Country Club wedding, Biz and Nate met freshmen year of high school and stayed friends with secret crushes on each other for years.

After college, they found each other again and friends turned to best friends turned to husband and wife on a hot day in August. They wanted a wedding day full of color, fun and good energy. Their special day was the sweetest ode to Biz’s grandparents who got married at Edina Country Club many years before.
